Refund

Good Morning I had placed an order online *** and had cancelled the order on the 26/05/2024. Till date the amount has not reflected on my account. I have been phoning the call center every day and still the refund has not been processed. Mrp service is absolutely pathetic and so are the call center staff who have been giving me the run around bull **** as if I'm a new customer. My account is paid timeously and my refund should have been processed the same way I pay my account. Today 04/06/2024 is way more that the 3 to 5 days of a refund.
