Refund and feedback
I am a very worried and concern client of Mr Price clothing store. On the 8th of January 2019 there were 3 ********** transactions that happened into my account, amounting to R7500 plus and they all happened in Gauteng Provence and I am residing in Bothaville in free state. I reported the matter to Mr Price Bothaville the following day(9th January 2019) and was advised to make an Affidavit from SAPS of what happened excately. I was told Mr Price will investigate and will keep posted, but ever since I never received any communication from them. I always go to branch and ask what is happening with the investigation but all I get is 'we will get back to you'. I am really worried of what's going to happen, the last thing I want is to receive a letter from the lawyers or Mr price shop stating that I owe them. I was also told that it takes about 6 weeks for investigation to be completed but they will keep me posted.
