Refund

I've purchased items online on the 25th of January 2022, Two days later my order was canceled, I called to find out why only to find out that the items were out of stock. 2 weeks later I call to arrange a refund then they tell me that My refund is being processed. TO DATE I HAVE Not RECEIVED My Money! What's even worse is the fact that I'm calling every day to check the progress of the refund, only to be told that "there was an error from our side we don't know what happened". Just an hour ago I called again. This time the consultant tell me that. " your refund was processed a long time ago let me check why is it taking too long to reflect in your account" she continues to say "please hold" I was on hold for 18 minutes only for the phone to be hanged up. Ive waited for my refund for so long now. I want my money!
