i so frustrated disappointed in mr price on the 25 april i did a online order they gave me a discount the the manager Dalene Randall send me a apology mail We’re so sorry! Due to some gremlins with our online store, an incorrect discount was app**** to your shopping bag at checkout on the 25th April. then the agents Joshua Pather ,Shanice Johnson , Siphamandla Mngoma was off no help either it is a month and two weeks and still not receive the money i was given a coupon which was dicounted apparently but not by me i cant use that 100 rand coupon this is the worse customer service ever fashion worlds online order is more faster better an convenient then mr price people should be carefull when ordering online goods from mr price. my order is ********** 28915
