Refund
I’ve made a purchase on the MrP app on the 8 December 2023, which was unsuccessful however my payment transaction went through successfully. I went to MrP store at Bayside Mall to ask if I can be assisted with my situation by calling the customer service line and then I was told to reply to the email with all my details stated on the email and since today I’ve not received any response nor refund of my money
