Receiving account after closure.

I settled and closed my account in June, completed the paperwork at the east rand mall branch. I'm still receiving a statement every month with new charges, no one can help me there, not the accounts department and the person who helped me at the branch is never there when I go back. Now this new balance is affecting my credit score, I'm never behind on any accounts. The staff is poorly trained, I'm very unhappy.
