Really poor service and unapologetic 'don't care' attitude

Really awful customer service. And based on the overwhelming majority of terrible reviews, it's clear this is more "policy' than an individual problem. Really shocking that customers get treated so poorly. This is a brand that evidently, doesn't care much about customer service - just the bare minimum. Oh well, there are other places to shop. Oh and the website / online checkout function doesn't work - which was the initial issue. I got a single reply and then, after "the work was done" - not another, despite asking follow up questions. That's one way of dealing with customers - just ignore them. lol Welcome to South Africa - the country with the worst work ethic on earth.
