Really guys :/

Two weeks later and my order is still missing. After multiple emails stating my order is on the way it’s not and even being sent reminders saying my order is in store. I have been in store 3 times (Canal Walk branch) first time I was told that I should cancel and move on, second time I was told by “Zaheer” whom I found out uses that as a cover name that I should return in two days and even call him if need be ***) I returned today and after waiting for 40 minutes my package could not be located. Claudette who assisted the first and last time told me to once again call and ask for a refund I do not have the time to waste calling as I also work and strive to give my clients the best service possible which is not difficult.

I also mentioned that I spoke with “Zaheer” of which Claudette laughed and said that’s not his name he just told you that.

This is straight up ridiculous.
