REALLY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

I had purchased a pair of shorts from MR Price at the Glen on the 28/11/2015. The item turned out to be a size smaller so I needed to exchange the item for a size bigger. With Trade Route Mall MR Price branch being the closest branch, I had gone their to exchange the item for a bigger size on the 29/11/2015. Upon changing the item I was informed that I would need to pay an additional R30. I cannot believe how the exact same item bought a day before could increase by R30???? This is unacceptable. I expect MR Price to advise me as to how this is possible? As a consumer I really feel that this is unfair. I have always been a loyal shopper to the MR Price Group, but after having experienced this incident will have to think twice about shopping at your store. <br>
