really disgusted

myself my wife and my 8 year old went in to the Bay West mall Mr Price on Saturday 24\042021 and once we were in the line there was a family infront of us 1 not obeying the 1.5m distance rule 2 one of the teens did not have his mask on ( i asked him to put it on and he ignored me then the lady infront of us told us to come past her in the line as she was still browsing a few min later she wanted to come past us again to which i said no as she let us past.

she then started complaining i told her that she told us to come past her so i wasn't sure why she was upset i then asked her to ask her son to please put his mask on as i was there with my family and it is the law .

the manager or front end supervisor was there and did absolutely nothing to diffuse the system, we are Mr Price Account holders and buy regularly , but after this i really feel like we should close the account as we did not feel like valued customers.

surely the Government rules should be followed ???? this really upset the rest of our shopping which we did not finish as this was very upsetting. should the manager, supervisor, or front end supervisor should have stepped in and gotten involved ?
