Really??

Hi, I have made multiple payment arrangements on my account, but I have been paying every month. Even though some months I pay less, I do make payment. I went on maternity in June, then I got a bit behind on my accounts. I am now a single mother of 3 small children. I am trying my best to come up to date. This month I took the last money I had to make payment on my account. Portia called me today (I have the telephone recording) she was so rude and disrespectful. I am really heart broken, she does not know my situation and I am trying my best, she threw the phone down in my ear. Is this how Mr Price treat their clients?
