Re- Listing in ITC

I have been calling Mr Price and visiting store several times for 2 months to remove the listing without success.The person I spoke to assured me that this debt will be written off and the account was closed. Somehow when I check this month it shows active on my ITC again when in fact they had to be removed.

Please attend this as a matter of urgency. In case the above is not attended to in the next 24 hours, then I would be forced to escalate to different channels from my side.
