****** with putrid service

I couldn't believe what my wife had to go through today at Mr Price in Ceres. On 20 Dec 2022 at 11:52 My wife bought aitel AC33 phone for my 5 year old daughter to watch tik tok on. Only to find the phone closes the app on its own each time she tries to watch the videos on there. As we are on holiday in Ceres my wife went to the store to return the phone as we thought it's a faulty device. Upon her arrival at the store the Cellphone assistant advised her that the phone's not designed for those apps as the RAM is too little. She was not advised about this at all at somerset mall where she bought the phone, the assistant at somerset mall didn't even bother to check the phone neither did she insert the sim card as there was a lot of other clients waiting which is understandable. This lady at Mr Price ceres was extremely HELPFUL SHE CHECKED THE PHONE AND ADVISED MY WIFE ON THE DETAILS AND INFO WITH REGARDS TO THIS PHONE.

The store put my wife through to the area manager or whatever the hell he is Thomas Van Der Walt is the name of the putrid piece of .... to authorize the return and credit for the device. He spoke to my wife as if she's his **** because she's a colored and he is white. This honestly ****ed me off he must be greatfull he was not at the store at the time because believe me things would've been way different. It's very easy to tell someone the way you want over a phone. Long story short WE DON'T WANT THIS PHONE. I'D LIKE TO HAVE THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CEO OF THE MR PRICE GROUP PLEASE as I will never allow someone to be ****** in this day and age neither will I allow anyone to speak to my spouse in such a manner that even the cellphone assistant at the Ceres store had tears in her eyes for the way that manager spoke to my wife over the phone.
