Quality of Shoes as Poor as the Quality of service

I bought 2 pairs of sandals between March and October this year (2024) I cant wear any of the 2 pairs, i wore them twice or thrice but they are uncomfortable and loose and you have to drag your feet or use your toes to grip the shoes, then you end up with cramps and sore feet. I wrote an email to Help@MrP and Nokuthula Mthiyane responded to my email very fast it was impressive. But to my disappointment she just said "return shoes to shop and we will speak to supplier about improving quality" that's literally all she said. The quality of their employees is as poor as the quality of their shoes. I then received a survey a few minutes later and honestly rated them low and put comments. I have not hear from MrP since and am concerned of how they see us as their customers. they have a "don't care attitude"
