Put A Smile On Your Face

<p>Went to purchase something at the Mr Price at Sandton City 23/08/16. A lady by the name of Jane whom I believe is the Supervisor was called by the teller to help out with something concerning my purchase. Firstly she did not greet me and she is such a sour person, no acknowledgement, no smile and she just looks angry. As a Manager of a no. 1 Brand, our priority is our customers. I am so disgusted by her behaviour, this is not the 1st time I've experienced this with her. I suggest she finds herself another job if she cannot interact with her customers. In that specific store when the teller calls for Authorisation, other supervisors around would greet and smile but this sour lemon never does. </p>
