Provident fund complain

My daughter worked 3 years for the company and still haven't received her provident fund she phoned Alexander forbes they told her that her provident fund papers wasn't sent properly she messaged the manager in vangate mall at branch 472 Veronica louw she blocked my daughter and i really dont think its fair she could of just say she wants to or don't want to help why block her im totally upset on the treatment my daughter and im not gonna leave it like that ima go to ccma an let them take it further
