Provident Fund and UIF

I am so disappointed at Mr Price HR as employer, They have been giving my brother a run around regarding his provident fund and UIF money for Weeks now, How can a big company fail to declare that one of his stuff is no longer working. They are so pathetic and to an effect that they can't even give him HR details so that He can make follow ups. He must always go to the shop to make follow ups with no help at all.
