Protection plan

Can you kindly do me a favour and remove your protection plan or whatever you call it, i told the consultant who called me that i don't want it and the lady at Sandton city store she saw it fit to add it without my concern i mean to hell, the time i was struggling to pay your accout you cancelled it without even telling me and now just because my account it's up to date u add it again, i dont wan't to see it in my invoice or else that girl from store she will pay for it don't bull**** me
