Promotions on app dont work
Been a loyal customer for years abd even if i dont buy online i go to the store Mr price had a special on their app buy one get one free on priced to go and i added stuff to the cart and on chrck out it disappeared This week they had a special buy two and get the 3rd free i bought 6 items yet nothing was given for free and i was charged for all items. I asked the customer assistant for help but they dint assist at all and was confusing the entire situation. I am writing this post so i can get clarity and in no way to tarnish mr price name
