promises unfullfilled
payment was made on the 8/04/15 regards to an outstanding amount on the account<br> <br> i have paid the account in full and requested for paid up letter <br> they keep giving different comments on when i recieve my paid up letter<br> <br> as well as a request for account to be closed -till today nothing was done
