Promises on turnaround time not kept!

I placed an online order on Tuesday last week, receiving a mail saying that once my order is paid in store it'll take 1-3 working days for my order to arrive. On Wednesday we went to pay and the lady advised the order should be there in a day. Today I went into the store and the order was still not there. After then calling the online call center, they advised the order was shipped on Friday and I will only receive my good this coming Friday. <br> That's two days later than my function that I'm preparing for. When asked to speak to a manager I was told she's on a call, he took my number and said she'll call me back. I'm still waiting because apparently there's nothing that can be done, the couriers can't even be contacted. What a lack of customer services. No promises kept from this place.
