PROMISES NOT KEPT

I am still awaiting my R75.00 voucher which I was told by Amanda [Clearwater Mall] and Nadia [Credit Office], on the 2024/01/23 that it will be reflecting on my next statement. I received the February statement and guess what; there is no R75.00 credited into my account and it will still not be in the March's one. Why give these offers when your systems are not efficient and you cannot even keep to your promises when there's any failures?
