Promised Automatic Limit Increase Not App**** After 12 Months

MR Price advised that my clothing account limit would be automatically increased after 12 months, and that this process would not negatively affect my credit score. My account has now been active for over a year, but no increase has been app****.

Could you please confirm whether this automatic increase policy is still in place, and if so, when I can expect my account to be reviewed?
