Promised 48 Hour Delivery but I am still waiting

I placed an order online Wednesday the 23rd December. I immediately paid for it and got an email later that day saying the order was shipped. Now I understand that Friday was a public holiday, and that is why I let the fact of no delivery yesterday slide, however, today.... STILL NO DELIVERY.<br> <br> I have written to customer care and all they are saying is that they still await feedback from their courier. I have made plans to wear a outfit from that bag. I am a loyal customer of Mr Price and I am always spending thousands online so excuse me for expecting a better service than what I am currently receiving......
