Profile still not updated. I have full clearance certificate and letters.

I have queried this and I've called the call center. I have had clearance letters and paid up my account long ago, and I still do not have any credit on my Mr P account. I was told I'll get an sms when I have credit and they can't help me, it's controlled by the system.
