Professionalism needed!!!

I went to Mr. Price in Penford Uitenhage and payed with a voucher that my sister send to me on my phone. The staff are clearly untrained on how to do this transaction and they are very unprofessional. The lines are always long with one teller and they yell and scream to each other and have their inhouse fights infront of customers. They must really try to be more professional and have proper training on all their services and products they provide.
