process changed without notification

I placed a online and advised the person nontando in the call center that i did not receive the email like she was referring to telling me that I need to make payment before my order was shipped out and I was unaware of the new process and procedure if I had known i would of paid last night as i was in a Mr.Price store and all she could tell me is that my order will cancel within 48hours, i ordered last month and I was able to pay in the store. i did not receive any email from Mr.Price. I would like my Order Number:*** to be shipped ASAP and that i am able to pay in the store. because I really need that order ASAP that is why i ordered it and i unaware of the new process. this is so frustrating atleast once a month i order from you guys. I want management to contact me please ASAP! THERE WAS NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE FROM NONTANDO AT ALL! I WANT TO SPEND MONEY AT MR.PRICE BUT I GUESS THIS IS THE LAST ONLINE ORDER I WILL EVER PLACE! I NEED MY ITEMS I ORDERED ASAP!
