Problems with App and payment methods on app

I made payments for the same order twice and got no order numbers but my account was debited. The first payment wss via their instant eft option to which u cant find a proof of payment and u get an sms with a reference number now mr price wants a proof payment from me!! Second payment i tried with my debit card my account was debited but still got no confirmation of order via email. What nonsense is this. The payment method and the app have serious problems. Get back to me please i want to cancel one of these orders.
