Problem with Mr Price Money Airtime purchase

I have been trying to purchase airtime using the Ussd string. I have not used this facility for more than a year and a half. I am receiving a daily limit exceeded error whether I try purchasing R10 or R20, it doesn't matter what the amount is or which I account I use (Sheet Street or Mr Price). I phoned customer care and I was told that the facility is active but they cannot solve the issue and that I should contact the airtime department. The airtime department told me that they cannot solve this error and that I must contact customer care. This is ridiculous service!! Who or which department can fix this??? I have even tried to purchase airtime using Whatsapp and the same error occurs! Both my accounts are paid up and in credit. E1133 is the error number. After contacting the number on the error message, they cannot assist me.
