PRICING ISSUES

I'm not happy with pricing between online and store items. I wanted to buy a dress (SKU: ***) which is on special for R160 online currently. Its sold out currently online. When I chose the option for 'find in store' it still reflects the SAME promo price of R160 for IN STORE stock. I called and spoke to Zinhle, she says I should find out from the store. Which is weird for me because I assume helplines are supposed to know and regulate such issues. I went to MRP Sammy marks, the dress is not on promo.

I have bought items before where an item was on promo online and when I get to the store the promo is app**** when I ask them to check.

In this case the tag was showing the original price of R249 instead of R160 and I asked the cashier to check if its on promo she said it it not.

The promo now (ladies dresses for R160) does not specify that its ONLY an online promo. So I assume it should apply for both online and store items.

Can I kindly get a clarity on this matter, please and thank you.
