Prescription letter
MR PRICE *** is still showing on my credit report and I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made payments towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons have been issued within the last 3 years or more. Now all I'm asking is my name be removed and I need a prescription letter. My ID NO is ***, cellphone number is *** and email address ***.
