Precious Mqadi from MRP Customer Support Representative is the worst to deal with!!!

I would like to report Precious Mqadi from Customer Support Representative department (***) who refused to assist me when i was querying about a discount that was never app**** on my basket and that resulted me in paying full price rather than the discounted price. i have been emailing her with no response, even called the customer care and asked to speak to her with no luck still. i explained to her via email that i need a voucher to be created again for my order as i emailed her all the proof of payments of the full amount paid. my order number is ***. i am very angry because i feel like its our people that disrespect us. if it were any other race i believe this matter would have been sorted by now.
