After 2 weeks in hospital ****** and assaulted and police came to hospital 3 times Mr Price Insurance despite great sales talk their called Monitor Administrators and great effort finally agreed to replace my ****** phone .Only problem despite Mr Price Cellular shop has stock of my original phone suddenly it has to come from their warehouse and say out of stock so gave me 3 choices of such inferior to my phone that an expert at the store exact words written to me is it's a bunch of ****ty phones. And I checked myself the specs so basic and inferior to what I purchased and one I can even buy at another brand shop for R478. I probably spend R400 airtime alone on calling to finally get approval will replace It states clearly if insured will be replaced with same quality as purchased. I would really like to have Mr Price Management explanation because it resembles pretty much ********* behaviour and customer service and **** sales talk. And the public's opinion if know this what happens when you purchase and pay insurance in good faith from Mr Price cellular.
