Postponed delivery

last week Monday i place and order with mrpiriceonline and i paid for my order, later during the day i received a confirmation for my order. I called yesterday to find out when my order will be delivered and they said on Tuesday and today its Tuesday i called again and now they are telling me that the courier only comes to my part of town only on certain days, i am supposed to be on leave already but came to work because of the order that is supposed to be delivered today yet today i am told that it will be delivered on Thursday, i enjoyed shopping at mr price online but after this i will no longer shop there because the whole reason of buying online is to eliminate the headache in shopping and now i get a shopping in delivery instead now i am forced to drive to work again on Thursday just to get the order, i don't understand how is it my fault that they chose to use a courier that hardly comes to my part of town bottom line is i paid for my order and i should receive it within 2-3 working days as it states in their website.
