Poorly Trained Staff at Mr Price (Hammarsdale Junction)

Today I went to Mr Price (Hammarsdale Junction) to pick up my order. Upon arrival I presented them with my order number. I continued to wait for over 30 minutes for my order. They failed to process my order upon asking why they said I must produce a reference number I would have received via SMS. Problem is the poorly trained staff are failing to process the parcell at the till. When I gave them the order number they still failed to process my order. I am greatly disappointed at Mr Price for such an inconvenience. As a customer I shouldn’t be dealing with such poorly trained staff. I still haven’t received my order.
