Poorest service of my life at My Price Diepkloof Zone6

I went to buy a few things at Mr Price Diepkloof zone 6, one of the items I had did not have a code, I have been standing on the side of the till waiting for Thembinkosi and the cashier who doesn't have a name tag, has a face shield but not a mask to search for the code. I hace been standing on the side from 09h36 now it's 10h05 and I have not been served. I have never stood for so long in a store waiting to be served. I work with people myself and I have never given my customers such a ****ty service. It's not my job to make sure that every item In store has a code. People must just do their jobs or go home. Never in my life have I received such poor service. It is disappointing and frustrating.
