POOR WORKMANSHIP

To whom this may concern, On the 22/12/2018 ,I made a purchase at the MRP store in Cavendish Square CPT for a pair of Floral Block Heel ( SKU ********** 095030) as well as some jewelery. The issue i had is that i wore the shoe that same day at a SEATED event, the loop of the shoe where the strap fits had then broke and I returned it to the store and received a refund. My complaint is regarding the absolute POOR WORKMANSHIP and i am highly disappointed in the quality of the item sold to me, although i had recieved a refund, i feel that i should be compensated for the time i had spent as well as the fact that i had to go out of my way to a store due to this. This is truly unacceptable. Also upon the return of the item, the manager of the store had me waiting for almost 30 minutes because I didnt have the receipt of purchase however i had proof of the card payment. So i ended up waiting due the fact that she had to get some kind of till receipt. This is beyond a joke and I will probably never buy any items from your company again.
