Poor updating system

The store has my account in areas although my monthly payments are up to date. There’s never an assistance to help with such and is affecting my credit score negatively. The app barely works and when payments are done through the app, you still get calls stating that you didn’t pay and will only clear after a few days, which is an internal thing they need to deal with
