Poor survive delivery.

I placed an order on the 29 October 2024 and my estimated day of delivery to bedford cenre was on the 6 November 2024. On the 8 November I called Mr price online only to be told that my order hasn't been shipped and the person that assisted me over the phone didn't even know why,I then asked to speak to someone's who can assist me,that guy then transferred to the courier company which confirmed that they havet received an order from Mr price. My was daughter was suppose to wear the items on the 9 Nov for a school concert. I tried contacting Mr price Vian Facebook but it was all in vain. It was my first online order woth Mr price i won't recommend it to anyone.

I need my order ,pity you won't cover the inconvenience you caused to a little girl!!!
