POOR SERVICES

I made an online order on the 22/05/2020 and after a few day I called the customer care departments to get my order number as I had a problem with my email. I was given the order number********3436 and I have been calling in to follow and was given different stories regarding the order. Last week on the 02/06/2020 I called again and spoke to some guy who confirmed the order will surely be delivered @ Mr Price Eyethu mall orange farm by thursday the 5th.... called the store on thursday to confirm number *** line rings for too long no answer...okay fine went to the store Friday and found some guy busy packing and he told me to confirm by the tills if my order is available, but nothing and this nice lady told me it might be delivered maybe over the weekend and today I went to the store again, wasting my transport money (taxi fare) and work time as I try to there during my lunch break which is an hour but still no Oder....I am annoyed and ****ed actually I am our of words as this is a disaster. I understand its lockdown but this is ****ed up services. Worse part the guy at the store who was checking for my order was dragging his feet as if someone was forcing to check it and wasting my work time.
