Poor services at Mr price fashion!!!

Bough online clothes on promotion. Went to collect in store. They told me I can't exchange them or get a refund. They told me to call Mr price query number and talk with them. Went there a few days later, told me they are offline for the whole day and that the manager is on break he can't see you.
