Poor Service. Terrible service

I am beyond annoyed with Mr Price and their Stores and Call Center. Since the beginning of March I have been trying to get hold of their Woodlands Store in Pretoria East with no luck. Worst of all the number I am calling is sent to me by Mr Price but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. So I called Mr Price Home in the same center they told me they do not have the number for Mr Price Clothing then dropped the call before I could ask for further assistance. As I am typing this I am hold for the Call Center and they have been putting through from one person to the other. Been on the call for the past 30 minutes. At what point do you as a Store improve your Customer Service? Better yet why the hell do you even have it? I need to ****** well get hold of your Store in Woodlands Boulevard what is it that I must do? Or which number do I call? The poor service no maan when your Customers complain take it to heart and do something about it
