Poor service /****** items

I bought 11items online and the day I went to go collect my parcel at Mr price Hlahatsi 5 items were missing , I told the person that was helping me and she became rude and told me I should go online because I bought the clothes online. Ohk I did that and spoke to siphindile(whatsapp)and she told me to go back to the store and do a refund of which I don't understand cause I still want the items that I have, so I went back to the store 2 days later and still I was not helped but left the things there. Went back to whatsapp and told them what happened and asked them if they can do a refund of the things that are missing instead of the things I have, the lady told me that the store must do that. I go back to the store again and tell them that they should do a refund of the things that are missing and they told me they can't cause of stock loss ntoni ntoni so now I'm at the point that I'm angry and disappointed because of the poor service I got and now I have to pay for things that I don't have with no solution... Going to two weeks now 😠😡
