Poor service, no feedback and no refund

I placed an order on the 23rd and canceled it the same day, only to be notified 2 days later that it will be shipped. Again I phoned to say this was cancelled. Another 2 days later I receive a call from the courier to ask if I'm home for delivery. Again I stated that the order was cancelled and that I don't want the delivery. Now, more than 2 weeks later, after numerous calls, mails and even an attempt to contact them via Facebook, no answers and no refund.
