Poor Service-No feedback
I purchased online more than a week ago, I haven't had any feedback regarding my orders.. yes 4 orders outstanding, I called the call centre and the agent said he will call me back... he still hasn't, Very disappointing and poor service yet I am a frequent buyer. I do understand there were issues regarding the store being closed due to the storm damages but customer service is important!!
