Poor Service Mr Price The Pavillion

I’m really not happy regarding the unacceptable level of customer service I experienced during a recent visit to your Pavillion store today I visited the store to perform a routine item exchange. The cashier assisting me required authorization to complete the transaction and called over the supervisor/manager on duty, identified as Sibongile. Despite being available at the time, she ignored the request and proceeded to assist two other customers who had arrived after me. After calling for her assistance four times, she responded loudly and aggressively, stating that she was busy , Her tone and demeanor were uncalled for and highly unprofessional. Fortunately, my cashier was able to locate another staff member to authorize the transaction so I could complete my store visit. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and efficiency. The conduct displayed by Sibongile fell well below the standard of customer care associated with Mr Price. This was definitely not the level of customer service i expected to get by just wanting to do an exchange.
