Poor service, Mr price lost potential client

Yesterday I app**** for an account on there whatsapp, okay everything was fine until I got a call from one of their agent. She called her self Silindile and was calling from Mr price head office. It was the worse customer service Ihave received. Fine she wanted to assist me conclude the application but instead she did not show interest in helping me and even dropped the call on me. The phone call only lasted 1 minute. Thats to show how un interested she was in assisting me. The number she called me on was +***8. Worse customer service ever, Mr price just lost a potential client because of the poor service.
