Poor service - Mr Price accounts department

I paid up my account and MR Price does not want to update the records at the bureaus. Even after i logged a dispute at XDS, i received feedback showing that MR Price claims that i did not pay them. A paid up letter was attached. I wrote various emails to Mr Price credit department and do not get any response.
