Poor service incompetence and attitude from consultsnts

I ordered clothes online eorth R4300.00 and ask for store delivery, items were delivered at the mall when I went to collect they gave me one bag instead of 2, I called the call center to enquire the attitude of the consultants was out of this world the level of disrespect was as though I was offered the clothes for free...she showed no remorse what so ever for their ***********ency telling me I must drove back and collect its not their problem..I called the store mall of tembisa, the attitude of the guy who picked up the phone was worse...he said it's not their problem I must drive back....the level disrespect and attitude I got from this two consultants today made me hate MRP brand I am returning their clothes for full refund and never again ordering anything from them.
