Poor Service from store manager

So i get to the cashier to purchase shoes for my daughter.. which i must add really wanted them but had to leave them behind due to the poor service we got from the STORE MANAGER (Khutso).

Apparently the shoes did not have a code,after the cashier repeatedly asked for assistance from her collegues AND the store manager named above, we where asked to stand aside while they "looked" for the code and assisted other customers infront of me instead. 30 min later after patiently waiting with no assurance that the code would be found i asked and was told that they are still looking for the code. By now the shoes where simply put aside on the counter.. I simply had to leave the shoes behind and explain to my child that she cannot get the shoes she wanted. How dissappointing.
